Stenciling shirts (paint choice???)

I was thinking that I would like to stencil a few blank cotton t-shirts this summer if I get the time. I was wondering if anyone on here has experience with this and if they could suggest shirt types, paint types or anything to help prevent the paint from bleeding over time.

i donno if they make it but look for maybe a spray of the paint that you use for screen printing. one that air dries not heat dries

stencil printed off the internet, tape it on well so that there will be no overspray, and use spray paint, ive done it before and it works well, wash it when its dried or else you will smell like spray paint.
