Misty 5 help

I can frontflip but my 5s arent tht good. should i have 5's dialed before i try a misty?

not nessissarily, to do a misty 5 all you do is just through your right arm down in a forward flip ass if you were punching a miget below your knee to your left as hard as possible, totally different from a normal strait 5.

Just get used to laming backwards even just 180's with air or 540's you are basically just doing a frontflip 180...

just have landing switch on lock before trying a misty. practice your 180s and front flips because a misty 5 is a combo of those two. to throw the misty 5, throw forward and down like a front flip, but throw your right shoulder down to your left foot and pretend like you are rolling over a barrel on your back.
