The glacier is the place to be, you'll be super happy with any of them. I went to Momentum two summers ago. The good:
-Not many kids, and many do moguls, so you get small groups and lots of personal pro attention, ski-related and otherwise. Colby taught me how to properly set spins, Mizz taught me how to get stable on a rail, Vanular tried out my skateboard, I guarded Colby in soccer (dude's a fucking Wolverine on the field), I shared a couple laughs with Bibby after almost nutting myself on an A-frame and after slamming super hard on a failed water-ramp misty 5 attempt, etc.
-Tons of after-ski activities, you'll have no idea what to even do with yourself. (Trampoline? Water ramps? Wakeboarding? The ILLEST skatepark? Paintball? Mountain biking (if I'm not mistaken)? Soccer? Hike up to Lost Lake and then swim? Yes.)
-You stay in a hotel; it's nice to come home to a comfy room after a long day of sunburn and hard work in the park
-Your own T-Bar...seriously, a HUGE advantage. On Momentum's T-Bar, you wait maybe 10 minutes TOPS. On the one that COC, Public and that other camp use (Showcase, I believe?) You can wait up to a half hour.
-Park is pretty sick
-Free swag at the end-of-session party!
What COC has over Momentum:
-The park is just miles better. Not a big problem for me because I suck at park so I didn't need all that, but if you're good, you'll find yourself lusting over COC's park, which you can see from where you eat lunch.
-COC has the compound; you get COC-only game stations, ping pong table, mini ramp, etc.
That's all I really know about COC, if someone who's been can supply a good description to compliment my Momentum description, that'd be awesome...like I said, you'll have an awesome time wherever you go.
