shit, i've blown my cover, no man c'mon. I was in 1st class coming back from Jamaica, and the in flight entertainment system turned on right before we took of, so I checked out the "dance" music and i found Ghosts, and it was so intense leaving the island

4x4=12? I quite liked that CD. I wouldn't want to listen to it on repeat for hours at once, but at a party or just as music for the background while doing work it is great.
As an artist, I quite like the work he does, I will admit he is very heavily marketed with the mau5 head. But that is one of the key rules in marketing, make an idea stick. if consumers remember your image or name, they will be more likely buy your stuff; if they like your stuff they will keep coming back for more. He keeps his fans happy, he has cam shows fairly often, he interacts with the chat and talks freely. That is one of my favourite things about him, he knows who brought him to stardom and gives them something in return.

Anyway, those are my thought on the matter, I buy his CDs and attend concerts when i can, He is one of my favourite electronic artists.
I like his music, wether it is marketing or not, I listen to it and enjoy it. If you like something then it really doesn't matter why you like it, just as long as you enjoy it.

unfortunately a lot of you guys are missing out....in australia house music is MASSIVE. not all as trancy as Deadmau5 but barely any hip hop. Melbourne is the only place on earth that Daft Punk played two concerts on their last tour, rather than one like every other city on earth. I couldn't tell you how many clubs play really good house pretty much every night they're open and they're always packed. the media is saying that sort of atmosphere combined with excess alcohol is causing a really violent city at night time but its not really as bad as they're making it out to be.

Think of Ghosts N Stuff.....the last song in Every Day is a Saturday. Exactly that sort of music....clubs, radio, bars, you name it. Its HUGE here!

for the people saying his songs are repetitive, find me an electro artist whose songs are all completely different from one another. sure, he is known for his mouse head, but that's just the way the game works. he makes money and decent music
