Depends... Winter I go sweatpants/comfy pyjamma pants and a big t-shirt. Summer I usually just go shorts. If I'm crashing at a friend's house then usually just boxers. I'm not a fan of sleeping in just boxers but it's usually easier to go with the flow than to explain why I like sleeping in clothes... If I'm crashing after a party then often fully clothed.

To make a case for the pajama pants: You can wear them around the house comfortably, even when there is people there, they are king in dorm rooms, and you don't have to change when you go to bed.
