Replying to Corks?

i really want to learn how to cork, i have looked at many other threads and they havent helped, my questions are:

do i need to be able to backflip first?

how do i set the rotation?

how do i make sure i dont land on my head?

and how should i twist my head, to the side or back, and how hard do i lean/bend my head?

and do i need to do a super corked out one my first try, and are there steps to getting a full cork, or is it all or nothing??
i need all the help u got!
