I recently learned 360 but the problem with my rotation is that i throw my hand over my head on reflex like a ballarina. any tips on how to stop doing it?
usually pre-load helps me a little. just kind of keep ur hands to ur side as u wind up. then when u pop of the lip of the jump, start ur rotation with ur hands still at ur side. hands really help with my rotation because it kind of tends to lead the rotation.
try holding onto your jacket around the waist, so that youre just limiting your mobility of your arms. get comfortable doing 180s and suh like that, then keep looking with your head and make it a three
