Replying to Cobra Dog, how do you take yours?

For those of you who are blessed to eat such a wonderful food what your favorite cobra dog/toppings?

I go for the Cheddaconda con Jalepenos, celery salt, cobra sauce, the spicy honey mustard, and a teeny bit of surracha or however you spell it.
