What size jump to try first flip on?

I really wanto get a flp down. I was thinking front flip only cause im not used to flipping at all, but i really dont know so tell me what you think

Well if you're not comfortable with flipping get them down on tramps first. I can't flip at all but everyone I have known has tried their first on a jump that 7-10 feet (They were trying fronts)

try it on a jump that has a soft/ pow landing.

Try a back first, my first flip was a frontflip on a 30 ft and I ate it so hard
