i know there's a thread about "how do i do a cork 7" every day, but there's no way I'm going through every thread just to answer my question.
So how do you set your cork 7's? or whats something that helps your remember, like I've heard "touch your right butt cheek with your right hand" or something like that. Anything will be rewarded with ++K

Im pretty sure matt margetts put out a tutorial on how to set a cork. I'd try to find that if I were you.

i posted this in a thread earlier today and its not exactly what you are asking but its close.
when i was having trouble rolling out of my corks i just started trying to pay attention more in the air. instead of hucking and hoping i would roll out, i would look for the lip while i set the rotation, then looked for the sky, then the knuckle of the jump. i can usually see the knuckle around 540 and then i pull my feet under me on the last 180 and land. its easier than it sounds to get your feet under you.
so for your question i set for 7 but instead of straight sideways, i throw back and down and look for the lip of the jump
