Hey NS,
So I've had 2 terrific days of skiing this weekend and and today I came home ready to sleep. Well when I finally got my ass into bed after finishing all the stuff my mom needed me to do, I fell asleep instantly. Since then, I must have woken up like 10 times because I am having nightmares of the worst absolute situations I can imagine in my life (I'm not even sure if I can call them that because I feel like I'm not completely asleep). Last night was the same deal. Prior to yesterday, I hadn't had a nightmare in so long... And now they won't stop and seem so realistic. I've tried smoking blunts... it didn't help. I took a few walks... it didn't help. Anyone have things they do to prevent/stop nightmares when they keep popping into your head?
