Thumbnail Unavailable?

I never have any trouble uploading pictures to NS. But for some reason the thumbnails never work on my pics.

They always say "Thumbnail Unavailable".

It's not a problem. Its just the way the person uploaded made it appear as a thumbnail. Everyone sees the same thing as you.

But what is it that the person uploading the picture does to make that happen?
