What is the best waterproofing agent i can buy.

I need to waterproof some pants and i was wondering what you use. +k for sures.

I'm not familiar with revivex, but Scotch Guard could pretty much make a screen door water proof.  It makes your gear smell bad for awhile, but it goes away.  Seriously. I used it to water proof a 1960 canvas tent.
