Icelantic Shaman?

So I was at my local shop and I noticed they had a pair of icelantic shamans with two mounts on them in a 184 for $200 dollars. They were ridden under five time and have no damage is this a good deal? How are they in trees and powder? I would be getting them for east coast skiing.

I am 14 years old
6 foot 5 inches tall
260 lbs
and at least a type 3 skier

wow your a big guy! yeah the shamans are a good ski, i got the suspects for 162 dollers tho

Also one mount was for a tele binding and the other for a fritschi diamer

With the size of your foot, and the likely swiss cheese style arrangement of holes, it might be hard for you to squeeze bindings on there. But yeah, those are sick skis. But maybe a little excessive for the "Ice" coast.

Both of the mounts are in the same place. I am also a 29 boot. I will ask the shop guys tomorrow if it would fit but I feel like it could work. I guess you can't really tell by me telling you.

But still... Ice coast. You should be looking for like a 189 Kung Fujas or something. The shaman is overkill. Not saying they aren't sweet, just overkill.

agreed^ I skied the shaman for 3 days straight in colorado (I'm from NJ) and they killed it. But i would want something nimbler for trees since I was taking them in there, they're a bit much to throw around. Might not be for you cause I'm 18, 5'5" and like 125lbs and was on 173's. they were great carving and in wind crusted stuff and at high speed.

If you decide not to buy these please let me know what shop this is at. I will buy today if they are still available. Ive been looking for a 184 shaman in NH for over a year.

Unfortunately they sold. Sorry dude. I went back to see if it would work with my bindings and someone had ended up buying them the day before.
