I just used a program called "MozoDojo" for it: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/imaging_3d/mozodojo.html

Then I selected a couple of nice pics to use in the picture and tweaked the whole setup ;)

Most of the cameras have shipped, but there were a few delays because of stock on various mounts.
