i prefer this definition:
"While ignorant implies doing or saying something foolish not knowing any better, ignant implies that the person knew damn well and chose to act foolish anyway."
so basically being reckless and hyphy. to be honest, the first time i heard the word "ignant" was when an African-American girl was screaming at my friend who had mildly harassed a gay kid, "naaaa you just ignant! you just ignant!" which leads me to believe that the word "ignant" really just comes from fucking up the word "ignorant"

oh and i've never heard of ignant being used as a noun
