a;right ive been skiing for 2 years and i ride 177 line afterbangs
im a pretty good skier i can hit a few rails, do straight airs on smaller jumps and flot 180
im going skiing tomorow and need to kknow a few things
1. some beginer grabs that i can try
2. some beginner spins on rails
3. is there any workouts/excersizes that will help me spin faster or easier?
any advice is appreciated!
