Shipping Lenses. Advice?

Hey im selling a pair of crowbar lenses. Whats the best way to ship these without causing damage?

wrap it in a lot of tissue's. put that in a plastic bag. then that in a box surrounded with newspaper or something so it doesn't move around in the package.

then put that in a fire safe, then that into a gun safe, then load that into a shipping container on a cargo ship headed to south africa

once you cover the lens to make sure it wont get scratched the trick is going to be providing support so that it cant bend. i assume its like the smith IO lens and has a massive curve in it, so if you can find a box that fits the lens make sure you put scrunched up tissue paper under the middle of it, then above each side, if that makes any sense. that'll support it and hopefully stop it bending. but if its in a stiff box you should be fine anyway
