Sick of winter

I don't know about you guys, but I am so ready for spring. For me, skiing is the only good thing about winter, and I haven't been able to get out as much as I wanted to this year due to school, work, etc. I'm just tired of being cold and wet all the time and having the weather be gray and shitty. It's been in the 50s here the last few days and it's been soo nice to go outside in jeans and a sweatshirt and not have to trudge through snow just to get to my car. Is anyone else looking forward to the warm weather and being outside as much as I am, or am I just losing it from being cooped up inside all winter?

Awww shit my first multipager!


But anyways...everyone saying spring skiing is the best, not in Michigan it isn't. I went out yesterday in the 50+ degree weather and the snow was slow as fuck. I could straightline from the top of the park and stop dead before the first feature. However, I've been spring skiing out in CO and I must say, it's fucking amazing. Can't wait to get to Vail/Beaver Creek next week, soo stoked.

I like the summer only cause I lifeguard and make all my money in the summer to buy all my ski stuff for the winter.

I am because my ski hill is the worst, lots of it is already grass and dirt patches and there nothing good besides a table that is only a 6 or so foot gap to ice landing, and it's just a big dirt hill. So I want summer so I can go to Momentum

i love it. skiing in my back/front yard after school. and POWDER SKIING. Have something to look forward to for the weekends. Never bored. With friends. summer/spring is nice... but i would skip it for winter anyday IMO

There is such a place. That place is known as the state of California. Last week my mountain had 10 feet of snow and it was 70 where I lived, just an hour's drive down the hill. I never have and never will have to shovel snow if I stay in the same place. I get all the benefits of good skiing and deep powder with the benefits of nice winter weather. A cold day is 45.

You kids gotta ski more or something. Personally im still super stoked on winter. My hill just got dumped on, plenty of days left. Sure I'll be stoked for spring and summer when that time comes but for hell sakes it only february...

I'm pretty much done with this season. I'm burnt out and just want to work a ton, make money, finish up my AA and spend time with my family. Skiing is addictive, though.
