Here is my cure for the morning hangover... Drink shitload of water right before you go to bed, have a glass or a jug whatever by you during the night, when wake up and you still feel hungover, go back to bed and drink more water... and once again drink more water...

there's not a lot that you can do once you actually have one. Our health teacher actually taught us about drinking and hangovers in tenth grade and tests show that showers, coke, coffee, and pretty much anything else you can think of won't help a hangover

luckily, i dont get hangovers anymore. i feel so good in the morning after drinking. im in such a good mood.

but when i did, id drink a bottle of water before bed, have a bottle of water next to me while sleeping and drink that throughout the night, finish it in the morning, take a shower, drink some more water, eat breakfast.

It's all about the water. No matter how drunk you are when you get home (or wherever you're passing out), drink a lot of water (a couple glasses). Keep water beside you all night while you're sleeping, and whenever you wake up, drink more water. When you wake up, just chill out for a little bit and drink some water, then shit and take a shower, then eat whatever sounds appealing to your stomach. Derek knows what's up.

Someone said drink a coke. Don't do that. Caffiene is a diuretic (like alcohol), and makes you even more dehydrated. just drink water and get lots of sleep.

seriously like everyone said... drink as much water before bed and eat some bread at night and in the morning. if you throw up, drink gatorade because it comes out easily and doesn't burn as much

Eating bread doesnt help hangovers at all, once the alcohol is in your stomach, all the intoxicants are already in your blood...HOWEVER, if you start puking, eat bread, preferably white....it'll absorb whatever is in your stomach, and will stop your puking.

lol, last night I finally made it home after a long night of drinking, and passed out in my car parked in my driveway. I just woke up a couple hours ago, it was daylight out all of a sudden and I was still in my car in my driveway. Wow. BUT, I just drank a lot of water so I have no hangover whatsoever, and I'm baking a pizza in the oven. mmmmmmm....

there is one thing that helps THIS IS IT but yea... pain kilers help too... the bread thing I've heard doesn't help... it just takes onger to digest in your stomach so it sits there... chaser pils don't work... there was a small conteroversy about them for false adveritizing a while back and 20/20 did a thing on then and said they didn't help much, if at all... just water... alternate alcohol and water... onlly other thingto do is sleep it off...
