Today in Class i was park coreing around some handrails with my friends when i jumped on one rail it was slippery i slipped and luckly fell right on my shin on the rail. So now i have a massive bruise on my left shin. :/ Tonight i was going to try to do some keystone night skiing but when i put on my boots i was in redicouluos amount of pain. So tonight im not going night skiing. So i need some tips for this shin to not be a pain in the asssssss.
