One planet Tee's

Hey everyone,

A good friend of mine is a graphic design student, and he's made a run of about 50 shirts in black and white. They are printed on organic cotton American Apparel unisex tee's.

His 'one planet' design has been bought by several European companies for wall panels, iPad, and iPhone cases as well, but he's hoping to get his designs out in the clothing market.

Yeah, as far as I know his profit per tee is about $2.00, as his bulk order of tees from American Apparel was slightly incorrect.

sell them for 15 sure. it's one color screenprinting, not that expensive to do..

Granted, $27.00 isn't exactly a low cost, but when calculating the total expenses, it's rather fair.

He's not in it for the money, as his profits per shirt are less than $2.00. His goal is simply to raise awareness of global conservation. The following if from his website:

"It represents the fact that although we all come from different countries and we all speak in different languages, we all follow our own government and our own religions - we are all the same. The only thing that separates us is our country name. It also can represent that we only have one planet and we should respect it. This design is partly to raise awareness on conserving our planet's natural resources and to remind us all of our connectivity and that we are all equals."

For $27.00, you're getting a one of a kind shirt, helping out a student, and promoting the message of conserving our planets natural resources all at once. It's not about the cost, it's all about the message.
