Inuition liner power wraps, need molding or already molded?

I ordered the power wraps and it said they were pre molded on the site, but the liners came with socks, some kind of toe cap thing and instructions on what to do with them to mold them. Do these liners need to be molded? Can they be molded?

You retarded? The whole point of those liners is to get a CUSTOM fit. How would you get a custom fit right out of the box?

The toe cup is to have a toe box so you can move your toes (you want that). The sock is for when you bake your liners, you the on the liner then put on the sock over the liner and put you foot with the liner and the sock into your boot.
