Replying to Tailors Bunion in a Ski Boot?

Alright, so any other skiers ever have a bunion or a tailors bunion on their foot?  Tailors bunions are these bumps of bone that form when your pinky toe points inwards and when the bump rubs against shit it gets real irritated.  I have them on both feet right now and can't really ski because they kill even just wearing shoes. 

Any one every have these or gotten the surgery to fix them? And if you got the surgery was it worth it?
