46 degrees and sunny this morning in NY, two hours later, 30 and snow. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 20 degrees, then 40-50 for the rest of the week...I think this season is coming to an early end. Even if it gets cold again the slopes will be ice rinks.

A whole month without snow in Europe, too. No avalanche danger whatsoever because there simply wasn't enough snow left. :D

However, things are about to change, 10-25in freshies coming in during the next 3 days in the southern Alps.

THis will be the 2nd this year for PA. And its a long one at least 10 days. My resort already looks like mid march and to think last year at this time we got 2ft of fresh. Really hoping it gets cold again and my resort gets their head out of their asses and starts blowing again.

Just went out tonight, I don't see what the fuss is about. I like slush, makes it softer when you fall. There even was a kid snowboarding in shorts.

But yeah, if you're hiking, wear a t-shirt, it's hot.
