Thats my plan, I'm trying to score a job for this summer in a bar, restaraunt or hotel to get some experience though, because I don't think a tattoo apprentice and goth shop work will help me much.

Look into doing a internship doing graphic work or something if you have drawing experience.

or look at doing ticket scanning, or even lift operating to get a foot in the door at first

well im doing illustration/graphic type work at the moment for college and im doing a night class in french in order to try and help my chances of getting a job in a french resort.
Because i'll probably do next winter in france almost all the ticket machines are automatic
but i'm looking into doing chalet host work


i wouldn't know where to look for next season yet though, thinking about for nz just showing up in like may and just winging it.

nah, but im single, and id like not to be, but im not going grieve about it because Halmark tells me that i should be in love. today is no different from yesterday or the day after, and ill just keep doing my thing. the only people who dont make it to the destination are the ones who keep worrying about the bumps in the road! everyone gets along eventually, and i freak myself out when i say that within ten or fifteen years almost everyone on here is going to be married and having kids and stuff, regardless of how things are going right now.

Oh hell no. 

Glad you're happy, but I'm seriously just as stoked on being single.  It's like a breath of fresh air.  I still get mine, yet I am unencumbered in my life and just get to do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it- and without feeling like I'm neglecting someone in the process of chasing my dreams.  Not that there aren't people out there in great relationships that are awesome, but I'm stoked to be alone for a change, as in the past I've sucked at being single.  I'm all set with being employed as a tool of some dreamkilling gamechanger's destiny for a while tho.  Besides...  The silence-...  It's just SO AWESOME.
