ya its a noob question, but i'm trying to put my picture in and it says it loads and its on all my pages but its not, or it comes up with the old one even though i choose a completely different one

go to google images and on the sizes make it exactly 50x50, then google the image/s you want.  IF you want a GIF, (a moving one)  go to gifninja.com and follow the steps.
