So i got the 2012s and they r startin to delaminate and the back tip is no longer rockered. so I'm hopeing I can still warranty these I don't see why not but I bought them off a fellow ns earlier in the year and does anyone know the contact info for the warranty department
warranties only apply for the original owner and most of the time Salomon will want proof of purchase to accompany the warrantied product. Unfortunately, I doubt Salomon will take a look at it.
Yep salomon will need proof of purchase to warrenty the product. Why not just get them fixed, delams are pretty easy to fix and should last the rest of the season no problem.
Salomon make great ski, if they Dont changr the suspect its because they are good, but yea the durabilty suck. The best that salomon make was the cap one, like the blue dumont. And yes they live under a rock, and why they dont have a ns account ? There like 10 thread ecah day about salomon product.
Salomon will never change the Suspect as long as they are still selling.
Most people just believe the salesman in the store, who says that the Suspect is a really good and durable ski, so that's why them sell.
Hell, even people on here buy them, dispite reading all the threads where the durability is discussed.
