Issues with Planks quality?

i have recently bought a Planks thermal top. however after one ride at Hemel on Friday i came off the slope to find about 20 pulls all over the garment!!!!

needless to say i was unhappy.

Has anyone else had issue with Planks quality?

I suggest you contact them as you are very unlikely to get an answer from them on here (if they are a member).

I've never purchased anything from them, but the stuff they sell looks sick.
