Can't stress enough the idea of visualization. Just run through in your head exactly what you want to do step by step and it will happen. If you have the mind set that your going to give it a try but you probably won't stay on then thats exactly what will happen. Your mind has a funny way of making things a reality.
Also, your eyes should be one step ahead of your feet, when your on the kicker about to launch you should be looking at where your gonna land on the rail. Once your in the air, where your going to be landing on the rail is already set in stone so you should be worrying about getting squared up and you should be shifting your eyes to the end of the rail and you keep them there until you get to the end of the rail.
Take it from me I just learned them this summer.
