I got my eagle when I was 13. I'm pretty proud about it, but i'm not really too involved anymore. Everyone makes fun of me for being in, but it is something that has definetely changed my life for the better so I'll be in if you make it.

I really did, It was pretty close to my 14th birthday though. But i still had like a month. I also joined before I was out of cub scouts because of my hardcore brother.

Its defininately not impossible to get your eagle at 13. Come to Utah where every little Mormon kid is in the scouts. I know so many kids who couldn't get their license unless they had their eagle.

^ your totally off- you do a bunch of outdoor shit- like our troop does treks in alaska and new mexico and in the rockies and shit, we also do alot of sailing and shoot alot. we go skiing too.

Yea i am an eagle also and i think its one of the best things Ive ever done in my life, im down for a cult to as long as atlantaski doesnt start it. and eagle at 13 is possible for sure, hard as hell but possible.

it must be very diffrent down in the states, we never had any egale scout thing. and if we did it wasnt too improtant and i never heard of it once. But scouts was the shit, i learnd so many survival tips and developed good leadership skills. It was probaly one of the best things my parents ever made me do.

Im an eagle scout, just got it last month. Its so nice to be done with it. But yea Boy scouts is actually pretty cool, i mean when else am i going to be able to go shot gun shooting, rifle shooting, white water rafting, 50 mile canoe trips, and awhole bunch of other stuff. Sure some of it sucks but overall its definitely a good experience.
