Building a rail help

Ok im going to build a rail for winter. Ive found an about 7' square pipe with the suport bars and all that and its about 2' high. Its a little rusted on the top so I need something to put on top so it will slide but i dont have a welder to weld anything on top but i do have a torch. Anyone have any ideas post them and if u have your own plan post it here to...I might have some photos later. thx

if its rusty on the top just sand the rust off.

just get sand paper or an electric sander and sand it all off, it will work. you dont need to wax metal.

mine got rusty and i took an electric sander to it and put on some WD-40 and it worked great. its back to new and almost slides better than it did before

go to a public skatepark... wait till night... steal there coolest rail there... put it in your back yard... dig holes to put it in so it will stay up straight... build a jump onto it... build a ramp (optional).... charge people 1$ each time to hit it
