Just heard this on the news, by an internal investigation (police investigating police) this use of excessive force last year after a brawl at a Victoria night club was deemed to be justified/acceptable. Fuck the British Columbia RCMP, these sad excuses for human beings need to be taken off the street immediately, but sadly the law is on their side.
