You dont really need to throw it any harder off the jump but when you see you landing for the 3 look behind you again and itll come around.   your body follows your head

Yeah that's the ticket. 180 is hard to beat until you do your first 360. Honestly it's just because you're looking back at the jump. ^^is right if you spot backwards quickly bit then look for the landing it'll happen for you. Another thing to try if you can't beat it is to not spot behind you. Try setting a 360, and ONLY looking for the landing of the jump. Act as if your eyes are closed and don't focus back on the jump at all. Tricks are like a long relationship.... You need to commit. ;) One final thing, you shouldn't be using your arms to set the rotation. A proper spin is set more with our hips and shoulders than anything else. Try a couple of 360s on flat ground (no skis) where you don't use your arms at all. Lock your arms to your sides and use your hip and shoulder simultaneously to set the spin. You never need arms to set spins In my opinion. If you're using your arms you're probably trying to spin too fast.

I keep telling my buddies to spread their legs a little more on the jump, it helps give you a bit of extra momentum in your spin. And definitely get your head around first to spot the landing, and your skis will follow.

bishops guide and pop and throw your head around. took me ten goes to land one. oh and try to do them on a stepup or a table first.

what bishop said... wehn i was first landing them it was my rotation that was the problem, it was my angle of rotation like i kept getting corked.. . just keep trying
