The biggest you can find anywhere, but really just go experiment, 3 feet of air or a bit less is all you need.

does it have to ba a park jump? I've never done a backie but from what I hear, if you just dig a nice poppy lip on one side of a knoll with lots of fresh snow on it, you should be good.
