Just got a cam( sony cx110) starting to get into filming, would like to start editing too. I ahve  pc, what is the best editing for the price?

I found that starting with something simple like iMovie or Windows Movie Maker helps you find what you want out of a program. Learn the basic first, then worry about more advanced software. I'm still learning a lot, but that helped me not get overwhelmed. I got Adobe Premier and had no clue what to do with it, so I went back to iMovie until I needed more out of it.
