2 FreeSki Mag, a European publication with international distribution which was printed in three languages has now gone under.
'It was probably the most improved park in north america last year. That's mostly due to us getting up at fucking 8 am everyday and raking like monkeys, untill we were to baked to talk. Every now and then some texan would eat shit and it would be funny and we would call ski patrol on our radios. we would steal food from the base and cook it on our grill, then heckle people on the lift with our mega phone while we played frisbee across the run. and took naps behind the shack in the most exclusive hut on the mountain. o christ, best winter ever.'

this is one of the resons that video game creators dont make a game for skiing. IT DOESNT GET ENOUGH MEDIA ATTENTION. i mean its starting to pop up but its not that big in the public yet. with two magazines going under (axis, 2) this makes a company such as Activision see that there may not be that many people interested in skiing anymore. its not teh greatest reason but its a point that they would consider.

well everybody bought them when they were cool. and they werent aiming at people our age. they were aiming at like six year olds who own a system, bought a scooter, and are like, 'hey, if i own a scotter, i might as well get everything alse scooter like shoes and shirts.' thats where i was coming from so ya

just like with skating when the big companies strated getting tested by the skater owned small companies shit went strange for a bit. some survived and some didn't; it's just a re-shaping and all the chips will soon fall into place. then ppl will be able to get their 800,000$ pay checks. but is that good for the ski industry. do we need a car in every driveway?
what i am saying is that shit is progressing fast for those who know and it will continue to do so regardless of what folds as unfortunate as 2free leaving us is. don't fear something better will come along. shit, if i had the time and the money i would start one and do it real proper like.

its not that fuckin big of adeal, its not that theres not a big enough interest in freeskiing, fuck, were now the number 1 demographic winter sports companies are marketing too. and freeskiing is gradually getting more and more exposure....its starting to get big all it means is that they couldnt compete with better known mags such as freeze,freeskier and powder- look at snowboarding how many mags do they have. the only ones sold in atlanta are snowboarder and transworld

oh my... 2mag was the coolest mag out there! it had such a great content. especially the issue with mikael as a guest editor and huge interview about him. issues were expensive but def worth of every single cent.
