what scares me about these kinds of incenses is that they have not been approved by anyone for human consumption, yet i still sometimes smoke them. wish i could know more about how unhealthy they are. i hear they're just regular plants sprayed with psychoactive chemicals that aren't good for you at all.

Some herbs have been known to produce various effects on people when smoked. It is just synthetic cannabanoids. they refine them dilute in a solution and spray on the dried herbs.
you can often buy the straight powder. JWH-018 is a common one.
but you CAN overdose on it
