NS email help?

so i decided to create a new e-mail account on ns because my other one was made when i was 9 i thought i would try a different one. as soon as i created the account it brought me to the login page, where i proceeded to type in my username and password. now, it just says invalid login name or password. when i tried to change my password it wouln't even accept my username. anyone have any ideas why it isn't working or any help? +k of course

uh no? go to quicklinks when you're on the home page (only time it works) and click "e-mail" I use mine as my main e-mail to this day.
