Report card

so i got my report card in the mail today. i am so worried about it because if i get under an 85 gpa im going to a different school. so my mom wasnt home and i grabbed it and put it in a safe in my room. i told her mine didnt come today and she said it will come tomorrow. should i put it on the counter tomorrow after school or should i keep it and just say i never got one.

open it, if its good then leave it on the counter, if its bad then toss it out

i opened it, i had like an 88 but she wanted me to get 90 gpa. idk why i said 85 sorry

Dont hide. Not only did you not get what she wanted (which I think is BS anyway, she demands a 95gpa??) but if you lie about it, it will only compound the problem.

that sucks... if i was you id just say that a 90 is so hard. and that ur trying ur best.... plus u can tell her to talk to ur teachers about how good ur doing and where u can improve.

88 from a 90? unless your parents are super strict, pretend (well, and casually) that it comes tomorrow. just open it, and be straightforward about it, tell her you got an 88 which is close and youre going to kick ass to get it up past a 90 next semester blah blah blah

definitely don't get in more trouble for trying to hide it or anything. not worth it

Since when is your gpa calculated on a percentage scale?

But seriously, it's not the end of the world. Judging by the way you reacted (took it and hid it) and by that it's on a percentage scale, not the usual 4.0 deal, you're in middle school. Middle school doesn't matter in the real world.
