no, when kids muscles get too big too young, they dont grow anymore it happened to my friend who started lifting at age 6, hes only 5'5 and everybody else is bout 6 feet tall.

lifting weights messes up your grow plates, especially bench pressing, and since the german kid doesnt lift, he should be fine

His muscles are more developed, buit he isn't gonna be a fucking superhuman, he will be insanely strong, jumping 10 feet on flat has a fair bit to do with the elasticity of the tendons, not just supercharged muscles.
The child will probably be quite short for his age, and lots of scientific institutes will be after his to find out more about MD etc.

Before people get to excited, what he has isn't a good thing. The human body regulates msucle production for a reason...

everyone has the ability to jump 10 feet off the ground, its just the brain cant send strong enough an impulse through the human nerves.
