just ask. don't have to overly complicate things or try and do it like in the movies. she will know what you're asking for and if she wants to get into a relationship with you, then she will say yes or no. if it works out it works out, if it doesn't it doesn't. on to the next.

depends on how old you are. whatever you do, just dont try to take her to dinner. that is for chumps. movies are only slightly better.

just figure out something she'd have fun doing (daytime exercise is a good start, skiing, hiking, skating, biking, whatever), that you would also enjoy, then mention that to her and ask if she wants to come. no problemo.

does she ski? if she doesnt offer to take her out to the hill and teach her. if she already skis ask her if she wants to hang out outside the ski hill sometime.. or just use her to film you lol

take her on a date with a group, but really just focus on her, ask her if she would like to do it again, with less people. and if she doesnt have fun, just say maybe it would be more fun to do (activity) with just the two of us.
