They look more orange-red, or maybe scarlet, and black to me.

there called snowboarders.  they slide down on one plank instead of two.however cant go anywhere as big, fast or have as much style as a skier. weird eh...?

im not 100% sure, but i do beleive those are pants, of the black and red color scheme.  since he is on a snowboard, i beleive they are also snow pants
