There was recently a thread about this, so I must not be the only one haveing this problem. The thread never yieled any solid responses though so, here it is again.
I used up all four of my downloads. The first time I tried, I saved the file, then opened it. Nothing happend. No pop-ups, no desktop icon, nothing. I can't find the file anywhere.
The next four times I tried it, I clicked open. The "connecting" symbol popped up at the tab header, and the downloading symbol appeared on the gray bar above the blue windows start bar at the bottom of the page. So I thought all was well. I come back in 30 minutes, and nothing has happened. The connecting symbol was gone, the downloading symbol was gone, and the page was exactly the same as it had been before I started the download. I clicked refresh, and it said I only had used up one download. At this point, I contacted two mods. No reply. So I tried 3 more times to no avail.
Sorry for noobish on-screen directions.
Someone help me. I spent 5 bucks on (wrote down the order number if any mod needs proof of purchase), and TSP blows my mind.
