so i guess people are snorting bath salt to get a cocaine-like high?

this could possibly be the most retarded thing i have heard. and yes, cocaine is a hell of a drug..

but, is this going on anywhere else or is it just random kids here?

i've heard that the high is more like a cross between coke and acid with a touch of hell, a there was one article i read where some kid in cali snorted some and while he was high, he slit his throat and then proceded to hang himself

people were getting high from like no name brand bath salt and i one case someone get murdered because of it.

I just got like a warning about this last week and we all thought that it had to do with putting it in a confined bathroom tub that didn't allow much air to escape and some reaction with the water made your muscles relax a ton and you get really high cause some kid said that's how it's done. Apparently not. Snorting it? WTF!

Me and my buddy were taking about people doing fucked up shit one day at the mountain. I said something about that whole fad of people boofing alcohol or dipping tampons in vodka.

This. Drug prohibition and lack of education creates aaallll sorts of problems.
Fortunately the war on drugs is a losing battle. Ya can't fight plants people.
One day people will learn about alcohol and other drugs in a reasonable, truthful way in school. Marijuana will be available readily and people will stop doing stupid shit like this. Proper support networks will exist, and discussion of drug topics won't be taboo.

but until that day, kids will use synthetic stuff that shouldn't be used, such as bath salts and air duster and other stuff along the same lines..

and about the thread being misleading, yeah i don't know much about them, i just heard of them tonight and was wondering if anyone else had heard about this stuff and how retarded it is/sounds.

Research chemicals are sold as "bath salts" and "bonzai fertilizer" and things like that so that they don't need to be approved by the FDA as drugs. They're chemicals like mephedrone, methylone, MDPV, etc. Google them if you want to know more.

you would not get high snorting bath salt (sodium chloride/bicarbonate). shits not bath salt... its legal hallucinogenics that they sell with the front of bath salt, (MDMV or something like that). its like amphetemines mixed with a hallucinogen. but hell, its legal! any legal alternative to the devils weed is always welcome

There's a video floating around of an aussie guy doing it as part of a jackass like tv show. Can't remember what website it was on. They also do it with cow poo because it has more methane crazy shit.

Also thought this was talking about normal bath salts for half of this got me worried haha. So is it legal then?
