Rossignol S2 Howell v.s. Rossignol S4 Pro's

Which do you think would be better for park? I know the S2's are fatter for powder, but is there any difference between the edges, becasue im mainly worried about my edges because i just fucked over my S3 pommiers

Two completely different skis. S2's are a soft, intro/begginer level park ski. S4's are a super stiff pro/comp level park ski. How much do you weigh, how tall are you, and what kind of skier/how good are you?

Im a little under 5' 6"  and weigh 120 and id say im pretty good like im gonna be throwin doubles on these

if this is true, s4 is the only option between the two. get the 167.

yeah i just found the s4 squindos in 167 for 250 or best offer on ebay so im prob gettin them

S4's are amazing park skis. Not the best when you land backseat on big jumps but they rip everything and hold an edge really well off of jumps. Unbelievably stable switch, i can ski switch so much better now compared to my volkl ledges. Oh and mount em centre, they ski really well there.

yeah like im getting center no matter what  im minly worried bout edges i had s3 pommiers and lost some edge and then dented and egde and the base is ripping out

S4's are one if not the most durable park ski on the market right now. I have had a good 12 solid park days on mine and i don't have a single base scratch, not even anything minor. Edges are still perfect, except for a shit ton of buring cus i didn't detune them right away and i hit a ton of rails.

s4's are bomb proof. I was skiing some glades this weekend with barely any base, hit a ton of rocks, not a single scratch. Their so durable!

edges will peen over if you dont detune them underfoot when you get them. but other than that, they are great, cracking and ripping out is very rare.. i have 3 pairs and have not had more than edge cracks

i can vouch for this, my S4's look like they were hardly touched and i've skied on them for over a month straight.  only thing is (already been said) detune the edges underfoot for rails
