Okay, the iphone has a slightly better display, whoopdee fucking do, my screen doesn't look "blurry" or "washed out" at all, when compared side by side the iphone 4 screen does look better but the droid screen still looks good too.

Droids are sweet, but like you said I can just jailbreak my iPhone and still have an awesome music player. Droid as music player loses to the iPod touch that comes with an iPhone. If the Droid was more awesome in the music player category, I might get one.

I thought the droid one was terrible the first time i used it, but ive gotten quite used to it. You can download alternative music players too for droids. Not buying a better phone because of the music player seems foolish.

I fucking hate droids. They are all laggy and I hate the touch screen

Everyone talks about how anyone can make an app and you can download it on droid marketplace when most of them suck. I'd rather have a professionally made app that is nice rather than some shit game/app just because it's a free market that anyone can make or download anything.

Don't reply back to this no matter what you say I'm going to hate droids, you won't change my mind.

actually i feel like it is, because coming from an iphone, i really feel like it is better, in every way. theres nothing i liked more about the iphone. im not techy smart enough to come up with a bunch of stats, ill let someone else do that.

droids are mainstream as fuck. the users arent like the people who use linux at all. its just when it comes to mainstream, nothing is more trendy/mainstream than an apple product.
id just say droids are more for the people who put functionality over style. when your in a verizon phone store, looking at the two phones side beside, theres no reason you should pick the iphone over a droid, but people do because they are buying it more for their image and to have the latest trendy product.

that's how 95% of consumer electronics work. 99% of consumers could give two shits about performance or functionality, they want something that is easy to use and looks good. it's not gonna change ever, and arguing about it on NS won't do shit

I get it. My Evo shits all over my iPhone. iPhones are over-priced and under-powered. Bang for the buck, droid phones are where it's at. New Droid coming out with dual core Ghz processor....holy balls.

I just picked up an iPhone today. I was on the fence and even though I use a Macbook Pro (that I just picked up in the last 9 months), I have been reluctant to jump on the iPhone bandwagon.

What I like about the iPhone is that from a business point of view, I can easily sync iCal, iTunes, and lots of other things. There has been a huge amount of support coming from the app community for Droid based phones, but it's still not there.

For me, I didn't need the fastest phone in the world. I just wanted a phone that I knew would work. With Verizon's network, and the strong OS on the iPhone, I am all set.

Because they are better. And like someone else said, they have flash and iphone don't. I can watch any video and visit any website on the internet with my droid. I watched the xgames streaming on my phone through espn3.com

Yup i got an iphone, i have a mac, and i fucking love them... I dont hate on everything non apple though. Im pretty sure not a lot of people are like that anyways.

Here is the number one thing i love about my mac, battery life... Its awesome. Second thing, absolutely no pop ups every damn time i start the computer! I never have to X out of another norton anti-virus thing! Of course you are mainly paying for a name in the long run. But i love my mac and i love my iphone, i hate my girlfriends blackberry, not a droid i know, but its all preference.

And the $199.00 i paid for my iphone, with plan of course, is overall a cheap phone! You cant even buy a 16 GB ipod touch for that much!

I agree thet droids are better technologically speaking, but everyone loved the ipod touch so the iphone is that much sicker..  Who doesnt love the ipod touch screen everyother touch screen cant even compare

My droid's batter life is about 2 hours in use. Its not the most user friendly phone when it comes to apps. Im not a hacker or anything so Iphone is def better. So user friendly and the touch screen kicks ass. The camera is better and it doesn't freeze.

dont get the netflix app, netflix will eat away all your megabytes. my internet usage went over the limit every month (60gigs i think) i had it until i realized that netflix was the problem

i can set my phone down somewhere, activate the camera and mic via a computer, and monitor whatever is going on near my phone. this also works in reverse - I can take my phone and turn on my webcam on my computer to see what's going on near my computer. it's kind of scary what you can do with them if you know what you're doing.

So coming from some1 who isnt bias, I have a droid x, mbp, and a windows desktop, I tend to get the best product for whatever item ignoring the manufacturer. After having my droid x for 6 months, I have to say this phone is great, when it works... I have so many fucking bugs with this phone that it drives me crazy, the biggest thing I love about apples products is that they just work. I don't have to worry about the headache of troubleshooting my device.

I am planning on buying the i phone 5 in September when it comes out for verizon.
