Replying to Confidence help
Hey it's my second year of freestyle and I really like it. I decided that this year I was going to get really good and just try stuff. It was going really well for me and I was learning a lot until about 2 weeks ago. My confidence was high so i decided to just bomb into a pretty big jump without any previous experience with the jump. I overshot really badly and my feet hurt for like 2 weeks when I would walk around. Now I have no lingering injuries but I have really bad butterlies( or whatever you want to call it but a pit in my stomach) whenever I am riding into ANY feature including easy flat boxes that I know I could do with my eyes closed! It really sucks and is making skiing really stressfull and not fun for me. If any of you have suggestions it would be greatly appreciated and +k. Thanks
