So while training for my moguls competition tomorrow, I landed a 7 a little bit back seat, my ski popped off and when I picked it up and the back part of one of my bindings(sth12) the screws just came out. I took it to the ski shop, and they opened it up and the the ski was cracked where it came out. The guy said if he fixed it, thE crack would fuck up the ski even more, so I am without skis for big air and moguls, dope. Has this happened to anybody with suspects. Whether it's a sth12 rant or a suspect rant , I am not impressed. Do I have warranty on them if I bought them this season. :(
you should be covered under warranty so long as it was a product defect, which it sounds like it was. Also, I believe if you buy new salomon skis and mount new salomon bindings on them the warranty doubles to 2 years or something like that. I would suggest bringing them into the shop you bought them from and having them do the warranty cuz its easier
i would rather take a crap in the mold of skis, sun dry that crap out in the sun for a week, then mount more crap in the shape of bindings onto those crappy skis than ski on suspects.
