Personally I'm not a huge fan of what most dubstep sounds like, but one of the best hardcore remixes I've heard is of Bring me the Horizon's Suicide season album. It's not dubstep, but I think the first half the cut up release is pretty good. Better than the original songs at least.

Each song is remixed by a different person so they're all fairly different. Here's one of them:
